How do I know if nutrition and wellness coaching is for me?
If you want:
  • To kick 'diet' pills, shakes and 'quick fix' plans to the kerb
  • The best nutrition information currently available
  • New ideas for healthy meals
  • A different, simple approach to nutrition with less confusion
  • Eat and move better so you can feel confident and happy 
  • Help from someone who is trained in nutrition
  • To learn from someone that has tried it all, found real solutions and has developed strategies for the tough moments
  • To lead your own change
Then this programme is definitely for you!
           
This programme is NOT for people who:
  • Want a quick, crash-diet.
  • Already have the 'ideal' body they want and see no room for improvement (go you!).

Will I get a meal plan?
No, you won't get a meal plan as we don't believe in telling you what to eat and what not to eat.  Meal plans and diets aren't usually sustainable for long-term change.  A lot of people normally feel like they're either 'on them' or 'off them' and feel like they've failed if they don't eat perfectly at every meal.

What you will get are tools to help you build sustainable habits to create change that will last you a lifetime.  So you get to choose, with guidance from coach Pip Langford, what to eat, how much to eat and when.

What commitment will I need to make to ensure my success?
Our approach is designed to help you implement habit changes slowly, because research shows this works the best! Please think carefully before applying to take part. We've got your back all the way, but you will need to do some work.  There are habits to practice and from time to time you will be asked to talk about your feelings and set goals!!  It’s a big ask, and some of our programmes run for a long time.  However, slow and steady change is what has been proven to work long-term.

Sometimes life gets in the way - there are holidays, family stuff, work stuff and so on. There is flexibility within our programmes and you'll never have to feel that you're not able to keep up, or deal with the curve-balls that life throws at us!
