How it works
Our programmes strategically introduce you to new nutrition practices every day. By completing the exercises we provide and receiving one-on-one coaching, you'll form new habits that you can maintain as part of your lifestyle. Every two weeks you will be provided with a new habit to focus on to help you build the skills necessary to make better nutrition and lifestyle choices today and for life. To support and reinforce these habits you will receive short lessons and some thought-provoking questions. |
As your coach, Pip will give you guidance, provide feedback, make adjustments to your individual programme and help to keep you accountable.

But you don't have the skills to do that yet, so we identify which skills you will need. Hunger and appetite awareness are the most important initial skills for this, but these need practice. So we practice the the habits of eating slowly and eating until satisfied (not stuffed) to build awareness. These practices will help you build one of the skills you need and you will be well on your way to achieving your goal of weight loss.
