How do I know if this programme is for me?  Well, it's for people who:
  • Want the best nutrition information currently available and new ideas.
  • Are tired of 'no effort' pills and shakes and 'quick fix' diets.
  • Want a different, simple approach to nutrition with less confusion.
  • Are excited to improve themselves and eat better.
  • Want to do it on their own but with a little help from someone who is trained in nutrition.
  • Want to learn from someone that has tried it all, found real solutions and has developed strategies for the tough moments.
           
It's NOT for people who:
  • Want a quick, crash-diet.
  • Already have the "ideal" body they want and see no room for improvement.
 
 What if my nutrition is already good? Will this still help me?
  • That's a good question. But let me ask you - How do you know your nutrition plan is good?
  • Is it because you "try to eat healthy?" Or because you think your diet is low-carb, or high-carb, or low-fat or high-fat, or low-protein or high-protein or high in fibre?
