OUR COACHING SERVICES

Nutrition and Wellness Coaching

Our nutrition and wellness coaching programmes are led by qualified coach Pip Langford and involve habit-based exercises and one-on-one personalised coaching. Our longer-term programmes also give you access to online coaching tools that will help you develop healthy habits for life.

We tailor our programmes to suit your individual goals; you'll work on the habits you want to develop as part of your healthy, well-rounded lifestyle. You might want to increase your energy levels so that you can keep up with the kids; you might want to gain new confidence in your body; or you might want to develop a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that you can share with your family. Whatever your goals, we can support you to develop new habits to achieve them.

At Euphoria Nutrition, we don't do diets, meal plans, calorie counting - or the guilt that comes with these approaches. We help you choose real, nutritious food that fits in with your lifestyle and goals.
